SPLENDID VILLA WITH VIEWS TO THE HILLS AND PRIVATE POOL. LOCATED IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA). For up to 8 guests.

LAYOUT: Splendid villa with 2 floors. As soon as we enter we find ourselves in the entrance hall which gives us access to a very luminous space formed by the living-dining room. Next to these rooms there is a guest toilet. The large windows let in the light and offer a magnificent view of the villa's surroundings. The living room has two three-seater sofas, a coffee table and a television. Behind these there is a dining table with seating for all the guests, ideal for sharing meals and dinners with friends and/or family. To our left we find the kitchen, fully equipped and very practical, which will allow us to prepare meals in total comfort. Going down the stairs located in the living room, we access the bedrooms located on the ground floor. The first bedroom consists of a double bed with an en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub and access to the terrace and swimming pool. On the same floor there are two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with shower between them. The last bedroom with a double bed is at the end of the corridor. On this level there is also a utility room with washing machine.

EXTERIOR: At the entrance of the property, we have access to a parking space with the possibility of parking two cars either under the porch or outdoors. The pool is downstairs using several steps situated on the right side of the villa. The wide terrace located at the same level as the pool offers a beautiful view of the countryside of Calpe. The sun loungers, located around the pool invite us to sunbathe and enjoy the sunny weather of the Costa Blanca region throughout the year. In front of the pool we will find a table and chairs in the shade of the covered terrace offering the possibility of sharing meals outdoors.

LOCATION: This villa is just 5 minutes drive from the beautiful sandy beach of Arenal de Calpe with its promenade where we can enjoy bars, bars and restaurants. And it is also 5 minutes drive from the charming old town of Calpe, with many shops and traditional restaurants.
