Villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 22 people with eleven bedrooms and four bathrooms spread over two floors. Each apartment has two air conditioners.

INTERIOR: On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with comfortable furniture, Sat / DTT TV and exit to a covered and glazed terrace, in addition to the pool. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with a double bed, one of them with a bathroom with bathtub en suite. Two bedrooms with two single beds each. A separate bathroom with a bathtub. FIRST FLOOR: Access by external stairs, is composed of 2 apartments with independent entrance in each one. Apartment 1: Independent kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob and dishwasher. A dining room that is accessed through the kitchen. Three bedrooms each with a double bed. One bedroom with two single beds. A separate bathroom with a bathtub. Apartment 2: Independent kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Living room with comfortable furniture, Sat / TNT TV. Three bedrooms each with a double bed. One bathroom with shower. Guest toilet.

EXTERIOR: Terrace area where the pool is rectangular and 8x4 dimensions with Roman stairs. The villa has a large flat area, where there is a pergola to shelter from the sun, and a barbecue for outdoor meals. Parking within the same plot for 6-7 vehicles.

LOCATION: Just 1.3 km walk from the widest sandy beach of Calpe (beach arenal-bol), promenade, restaurants and all services. Calpe village and supermarket is approximately 1 km away.
