'My friend and I came for lollapalooza. We got here a bit early for our reservation and thankfully the lady upfront was able to get us in. The room looks great. A simple plain room. We have room service every day we stayed. The breakfast was good. The pool was good too, it’s four and half feet deep. Definitely staying again.'

'The rooms are clean and the staff were courteous. The breakfast offers only tea/coffee/juice/nutrition bars. They should not mention it as breakfast. We asked for room air freshener but they could not provide it in 2 days of our stay. '

'They could do better cleaning people rooms like when I stay there they didn't come in my room to clean it so they could have did better job when I left and came to clean my room and some of the staff the cleaning staff they they was like a two star but anything else that the area and the place that I was going is like 20 minutes away I went to the Michael Jackson family house and Gary and with like 20 minutes away and I needed to Walmart that was like 10 minutes away so everything else was okay...

'I was in town recently with my family visiting family and I have no complaints other than the breakfast selection was horrible but that wasn't really a big deal for us because we went out to eat. The hotel was in a convenient location plenty stores and food places near by, we had two rooms 208 and 210 both served there purpose they were clean and we slept with no problems, had a microwave and refrigerator. When in town would stay there again'

'Great option close to south shore line East Chicago station. Staff were all great especially the breakfast attendants. They were very friendly and had a great selection of cold and hot food. Room was in good shape and clean other a than a few stains in the carpet. Bathroom was in good shape. You can tell this hotel is well managed and is a great economical option for visiting Chicago from the east. I would stay again. '

'The blankets & blinds had burn holes in them. It was illegal activities & domestic violence going on all night so it kept waking me up scaring me to death lol. & when I grabbed the towel off the back of the toilet to put dwn for a shower it was two baggies of white substance hidden under it!! But the room itself did not look bad 😩'

'They only leave one roll of tissue in the room. No extra roll. Other than that the staff of nice. The hotel does need some work in some rooms. The price is definitely too high for the area and condition. '
