There is a horse barn where farm animals live on-site, adding a delightful rural charm. Additionally, there’s a spacious, unfenced area adjacent to the cottage - perfect for stretching your legs or taking your pup for a stroll.

Located less than 5 miles from I-24, making travel around the area and to larger cities incredibly convenient. You can reach the vibrant city of Nashville in just 2 hours or explore the lively city of St. Louis in 3 hours.

Close to Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley offering water sports, boating, and fishing opportunities that will surely delight any outdoor enthusiast.

You can reach Land Between the Lakes within a 30 minute drive. This natural paradise is brimming with diverse outdoor recreation options from hiking and biking on scenic trails to experiencing the unique wildlife; home of the Elk and Bison Prairie!

The traditional nostalgic speakers are on site but it is highly recommended to tune into their radio station for the best experience without interruption. Also famously known for their pepper burgers, pizza, popcorn, and affordable menu.

Guests have access to the entirety of the cottage as well as the unfenced large grassy area right beside it.

Animal Visits & Safety
Our animals love attention and we’d be delighted to introduce you to them! For everyone’s safety and comfort, the horse barn and inside the fenced pastures are not open for unsupervised access, but you are more than welcome to visit the animals from behind the fence. Please do not feed the animals.

Animals currently on site: 2 ponies, 2 miniature donkeys, 2 goats, 1 sheep, and 1 miniature zebu cow.

Your host is right next door in the main house, so help is always close by. If you need anything during your stay, simply send a text or message us through the app—we’ll be glad to assist.

Sleeping Arrangements
The cottage features one cozy bedroom with a King sized bed. In the living room, you’ll find two additional options: a traditional style pull‑out sofa that opens to a queen bed, and a small futon that’s perfect for a child.
