Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 40 m² terrace with garden furniture and a table to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Calvi, in a cul-de-sac and very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Pine forest, Alga and Roncu beaches
- Explore the Genoese citadel for its cobbled streets, ramparts and panoramic views over the bay
- Take a boat trip to the Scandola nature reserve or the Revellata peninsula
- Go for a hike in the Bonifatu forest, a wooded massif with paths leading to the GR20
- Take the U Trinichellu little train to admire the coastal scenery as far as L'Île-Rousse

Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private basement car park (one numbered space).
