The kitchen, although not very large, has everything you need for cooking and is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer, crockery, and utensils.

The master bedroom, with two wardrobes and a large piece of furniture for storing your luggage, has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet. It also has a large window and a French window, which also overlooks the large panoramic terrace.

Casa Iris is in a priceless location: it is a stone's throw from the sea and the best restaurants and bars on the coast, but it maintains its characteristic of absolute privacy, being surrounded by greenery and offering a large outdoor area for the exclusive use of guests.

If you wish, you can leave your car in the parking space inside the property and cycle to the beach in just a few minutes.
