Villa Lombrici met eigen zwembad voor exclusief gebruik is een gezellig, gastvrij en elegant huis in typische Toscaanse stijl. Het biedt privacy en ontspanning en ligt tegelijkertijd dicht bij het strand, winkels en restaurants en het karakteristieke dorp Camaiore.
Gelegen op de heuvels aan de voet van de mooiste berg in Camaiore, is het de beste locatie voor diegenen die op zoek zijn naar ontspanning en stilte, maar zonder geïsoleerd te worden. In 3 minuten u in het kleine stadscentrum van Camaiore en in 15 minuten u op het strand, bereikbaar zelfs met de fiets.
Er zijn geen steile beklimmingen of smalle bochten te maken. Villa Lombrici heeft een spectaculair uitzicht, maar is niet te hoog op een berg noch op een heuvel top zoals vele anderen in onze omgeving zijn. Een normale twee manieren weg leidt naar het huis. Bereikbaarheid en parkeren zijn gegarandeerd.
Het zwembad is stabiel en permanent, het is niet een goedkoop, geprefabriceerd of bovengronds klein zwembad zoals in vele andere huizen. Het is privé voor exclusief gebruik en het is groot, 8 meter lang, heeft een diep dompelbad tot 2,5 meter en een ondieper gebied van 1 meter hoog. Ligstoelen beschikbaar op het omliggende gazon.
Tuin met tent en tuinhuisje uitgerust met tafel en stoelen voor al fresco maaltijden bij het zwembad.
Binnen: grote woonkamer met open haard en grote ramen met uitzicht op de tuin, gescheiden van een moderne keuken met eettafel, vaatwasser. Gang, tweepersoonsslaapkamer, volledige badkamer.
Accommodatie: slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed, loft in de woonkamer met tweepersoonsbed, tweepersoonsbankbed naast de open haard.
Om toegang te krijgen tot het huis moet je een externe trap beklimmen een verdieping hoog. Niet aanbevolen aan mensen met problemen om trappen te beklimmen.

Villa Lombrici with private pool for exclusive use is a cozy, welcoming and elegant house in typical Tuscan style. It offers privacy and relax and at the same time is close to the beach, shops and restaurants and the characteristic village of Camaiore.
Located on the hills at the foot of the most picturesque mountain in Camaiore, it is the best location for families looking for relax and silence but without being isolated. In 3 minutes you can be in the small town center of Camaiore and in 15 minutes you can be on the beach, reachable even by bike.
There are no steep climbs or narrow turns to make. Villa Lombrici has a spectacular view but is not too high on a mountain neither on an hill top like many others in our area are. A normal two ways road leads to the house. Accessibility and parking are guaranteed.
The pool is stable and permanent, it is not a cheap, prefabricated or above ground small pool like in many other houses. It is private for exclusive use and it is big, 8 meters long, it has a deep plunge pool up to 2.5 meters and a shallower area 1 meter high. Sun loungers available on the surrounding lawn.
Garden with tent and gazebo equipped with table and chairs for al fresco meals by the pool.
Inside: a big living room with fireplace and large windows overlooking the garden, separated from a modern kitchen with dining table, dishwasher. Hallway, double bedroom, full bathroom.
Accommodation: bedroom with double bed, loft in the living room with double bed, double sofa bed next to the fireplace.
To access the house you need to climb an external staircase one floor high. Not recommended to people with problems to climb stairs.
