Casa do Pedregal – Sea Views in Câmara de Lobos

Casa do Pedregal is a three-bedroom house in Câmara de Lobos, just a few minutes from Funchal. With sea views and comfortable décor, it accommodates up to 6 guests and is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for space and convenience.
The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The three bedrooms offer one double bed and four single beds in total, and the two bathrooms provide added convenience for everyone. The house also has Wi-Fi, three TVs, a washing machine and a hair dryer.
Outside, the balcony and patio, with a table, chairs and barbecue, are ideal for meals in the open air and for enjoying the sea view. The house has a private entrance and private parking is included. Casa do Pedregal combines comfort, sea views and easy access to Funchal, making it an excellent base for exploring Madeira.

AREA

Located in Câmara de Lobos, Casa do Pedregal is just a few minutes from Funchal, combining the tranquillity of a residential area with easy access to the city. Câmara de Lobos is known for its fishing bay, with colourful boats and fresh fish restaurants, and for Cabo Girão, one of the most impressive viewpoints on the island. At the end of the day, you can return home and relax with views over the sea.

PROPERTY RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES

All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
