Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this accommodation features a bright and welcoming open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room, with its contemporary décor and wooden details, is equipped with a comfortable sofa with chaise longue and a large television — the perfect space to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The modern fully equipped kitchenette is ideal for preparing all your meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it has a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, hob, fridge, and also a convenient washing machine to assist you in your daily routine.

In front of the entrance there is a reserved outdoor space with garden chairs to enjoy a moment outside.

The sleeping area, harmoniously integrated into the studio, offers a serene and peaceful environment to recharge. It is equipped with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and a practical open wardrobe to keep your belongings organised.

The bathroom is fully equipped with towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

Located in the serene and picturesque village of Quinta Grande, this accommodation offers the true charm of the island of Madeira. The energy of this neighbourhood is an absolute invitation to relaxation: a peaceful retreat, surrounded by lush greenery and traditional agricultural terraces. Far from the hustle and bustle of the larger towns, here you can live like a true local, enjoying genuine Madeiran hospitality, with small neighbourhood cafés and grocery shops nearby.

The great highlight of this location is having some of the island's most famous natural wonders practically on your doorstep. Just a few minutes away is the imposing Cabo Girão, the highest promontory in Europe, where its vertiginous glass platform offers an unforgettable panoramic view. Equally close is the cable car access to Fajã dos Padres, a hidden paradise by the sea, perfect for a beach day, diving in crystal-clear waters and savouring local gastronomy in a paradisiacal setting.

Despite being an oasis of tranquillity, the location is incredibly strategic. Thanks to easy access to the expressway (VR1), the vibrant capital, Funchal, is just a short and scenic drive of around 15 to 20 minutes away. This allows you to enjoy everything the city has to offer — strolling through the Marina, visiting the Mercado dos Lavradores, getting lost in the alleys of the Zona Velha or taking the Monte cable car — and always returning to the silence and peace of Quinta Grande at the end of the day.

As a base for exploring the rest of the island, this address is exceptional. Just down the hillside, you will quickly reach the picturesque centre of Câmara de Lobos, a colourful fishing village (immortalised by Winston Churchill) famous for its bay and as the ideal spot to savour authentic Madeiran poncha. Travelling a little further west, you will find the charming and sunny village of Ribeira Brava, which also serves as a perfect starting point for exploring the magical landscapes of the north coast and the Paul da Serra plateau.

The best way to explore the region is by car, as this is a rural area with limited public transport access.

Taxi and transfer services are available from Madeira International Airport (FNC), located approximately 40 minutes away.

This is a property with automatic check-in and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations set out by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80.

For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
