Tastefully decorated, this lovely 70m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows and a tabletop. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It has access to a terrace with outdoor furniture, a pool, and a sea view.

This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a queen bed, and the second is a lovely room with two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A 14-minute walk from Praia de Vigário. This is a charming destination with a variety of attractions to explore. Visitors can marvel at the breathtaking views from the Cabo Girão Skywalk, admire the architecture of São Martinho parish church, and enjoy a scenic hike to the Levada do Norte hike endpoint. After a day of sightseeing, guests can dine at the renowned restaurant O Lagar and sample delicious local cuisine. This location makes it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area and its offerings.

The best way to reach the property is by car or Taxi.
The Madeira Cristiano Ronaldo Airport is just a 25-minute drive.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Please note that a city tax of €2 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, will be charged upon arrival, as required by local regulations.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys, or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included).
