'The room was a good size and comfortable. We are there in the evening. Food was cooked well. We enquired what time breakfast was and where we ate. We were told between 9-11am downstairs in bar restaurant. We went downstairs at 9-15 am only to find the place deserted!! Absolutely no one to be found. Apparently our breakfast was a bunch of bananas, some apples, cereal bar and a pot if granola in a small fridge left on the landing. No milk!! On Expedia it stated breakfast was included with photos...

'Omgeving, kamer, ontbijt , eten , Mensen spheres waren perfect. Terwijl het was schoon was niet overal stof vrij . Daarom een 9.5 anders had Ik een 10 gegeven. Tot de volgende keer Barton’s Mill'

'Prima hotel, wij hadden kamer met badkamer. Vrij ruime kamer met koffie en theefaciliteiten. Badkamer met douche in bad. De straal is niet heel sterk dus je moet wel even zoeken naar de straal. Ontbijt is helemaal goed ze maken van alles voor je. Wel vroeg van 7 tot 9. Onze kamer was 2e nacht niet schoongemaakt dus zelf even schone handdoeken geregeld. Maar zo voor 1 of 2 nachten prima op doorreis. In de buurt niet veel wel aan drukke weg en wel goede parkeerplekken . Eigenaar zeer vriendelijk...

'vriendelijke ontvangst, eigenaar is zeer gastvrij en hartelijk en ze doen al het mogelijke om je thuis te voelen.Prima ontbijt. Enige opmerking, is dat men bezig is een stuk aan het B&B aan te bouwen. Uitbreiding van 3 naar 11 kamers. Daardoor is de entree nogal rommelig. Men hoopt voor de Kerst klaar te zijn met verbouwing'

'Een slecht pension. Erg vies allemaal. Gedeelde badkamer en wc. Gemeenschappelijke ruimte wordt niet schoongemaakt. Onvriendelijk personeel. Komen te laat het ontbijt maken. Er is niemand aanwezig, alles wordt op afstand gedaan. De koffie wordt verdund, ipv bijgezet.'

'Edwina was a welcoming host! Nothing was too much trouble! Made sure we always had what we need! Accommodating our American car! Fabulous fresh cooked breakfast! Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack!
