I travel often and regularly stay at properties like the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton, and this experience had absolutely nothing to envy by comparison. On top of that, the staff and service were amazing, always attentive and genuinely catering to our every need. Everything felt well maintained, thoughtful, and welcoming. A truly excellent stay overall.'

'The two reserved tower rooms with partial ocean view were not provided when checking in. After complaining about that we were moved from the third floor to the seventh floor where we could see the ocean partially. Furthermore, during the booking process we were offered "slot play" as an included amenity, but this has not been available for more than two years according to the reception employees.'
