It also has a dining area for 4 people. Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed (140 cm) with a mattress topper for added comfort. Each bedroom has storage space.

If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure. This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.
