'Beautiful location for this really special place to stay. We had two night here. Although we didn’t have great weather, it hardly altered as the hotel has lots of cosy places to sit and look out on the truly stunning gardens. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Thank you to whoever found my husbands watch and called us so we were not too far away to come back for it!
Another highlight is the hotel’s own soap products which smell amazing and are available to buy. Sadly they had run out...

'Kamer was gedateerd, maar bed sliep heerlijk, ontbijt was genoeg, of je moest van de kaart bestellen.
Parkeren bij hotel is niet makkelijk.'

'Breakfast has been scaled down in selection, quality & service and seemed disorganised.
Also, as a vegan, there is very little available on the buffet table though I acknowledge they offer a cooked vegan breakfast which is good if you want hot.
The granola which I like had run out & I couldn't find a member of staff free to inform them so went without.
It would be a thoughtful touch if biscuits in the room were dairy & egg free just to cater fr a wider clientele. '

'The room itself had been recently decorated in a modern decor, unfortunately our bathroom had clearly been smoked in recently, not the hotels fault given all the signs, but the smell was very overpowering and unpleasant. Despite going in winter, we couldn't get the room cool enough -we opened the window and turned off the radiator but couldn't sleep as it was too hot. In addition, there was a party downstairs we were not warned about, the music carried on very late which prevented us sleeping -...
