Prachtig Berwick in Wales

Dit drie slaapkamer huis is mooi en comfortabel ... .. de kamers zijn groot en licht met een open gevoel. Een geweldige plek voor familiebijeenkomsten of gewoon een intieme uitje voor twee. De ruime woonkamer met open haard biedt een open haard, terwijl er om de hoek een goed gevulde keuken is met voldoende ruimte om maaltijden te bereiden en een uitzicht op de oceaan door de bomen te genieten. De eettafel zit comfortabel op acht personen. Er is een koningin in elk van de twee slaapkamers en twee tweelingen in de andere. De wrap around deck met een gas barbecue, buitenshuis en meer uitzicht op de oceaan zal toevoegen aan het genot van uw verblijf. We were in Cambria for a family reunion and this house was a lovely place to stay. The vaulted ceilings and open floor plan on the main level are just lovely. The kitchen was also nicely stocked which really helped as we flew into the area and couldn't bring the usual basics. The only negative was the check in process -- having to go to the property management company to get forms and instructions was a bit of a hassle and seemed really unnecessary. We would definitely stay here again.

We decided this year that, as a family, we would not do all the hassle of gift buying and stress of choosing gifts for everyone. Instead, we chose to all go to one nice location and just do what we value most at Christmas - be together and enjoy our time as a family. So, we rented the Berwick at Wales house for 5 days and had the best Christmas ever. No stress, no hassles. Just family time. Cambria was the perfect location and this house was the perfect place to stay there. The property was clean and well maintained. The house was well-stocked with all the furniture and kitchen items needed to accommodate our entire family of 6 people. The TV and internet and entertainment system worked well and we were even able to get the Chiefs game on Netflix! And...we were able to park both cars in the garage. This property was exactly as advertised and the Scenic Coast Management people were very nice and accommodating for anything that we needed. One of the best vacations we've ever had. I would recommend this property and management company to all who want to rent a good property with confidence that it will be just what you expect and more.

This home was very comfortable, check in was very easy, with access to our info and entry instructions after closing hours. We couldn’t arrive until 10 pm, and the contactless check in made it so easy. We had a lovely stay.

From the check in process to the actual home everything about this place is well thought out, clear, concise, easy to understand and beautiful. The home was spotless, the accommodations comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, safe and welcoming. Close to the beach and everything else you want to do - we enjoyed every minute of our stay here and highly recommend this place!

The property is everything you could ask for. Our favorite parts were the deck with a view of the ocean and the fireplace in the living room. There is everything there you could need and the beds were comfy. It was great.

This was a very well equipped and very clean rental! The layout of the house was perfect for our family. They even had some cute stuffed animals for the children to play with! When we arrived there was a small issue with a window shade. The property manager quickly sent a handyman who fixed it and found another screen door needing attention and he fixed that too. We highly recommend this rental and will definitely consider it for future family visits to Cambria.

The house/ location are excellent. It would be nice if the property management and Vrbo were linked together. The email she sent doesn’t have Vrbo in the subject line, only an abbreviation for her business, consequently I had no idea an email was sent from her as their too is no mention of the her business name in the listing. Could use new pillows in the master. The barbecue outlets aren’t functioning, if you roll the barbecue by the dining room on the deck you will find working outlets for the electric barbecue. All in all, a Great Stay!

This house was perfect for the 3 of us. We had our own room and lots of space. The house is well equipped and super cozy. The area is so peaceful and quiet. We had beautiful hikes and we will return again!

Upon first look, this home seemed wonderful. The well appointed kitchen, lots of space, and a beautiful location make this home a great stay...until you climb into bed at the end of a ling day at the beach. That's when the issues began. We had already noticed there were spiderwebs everywhere, but attributed it to tue fact that the house is in a woody area and seemed to have been emoty for a bit. No big deal. But upon pulling back the sheets on the downstairs beds, we noticed tiny little bugs that we later learned were bedbugs!!! Unfortunately we didn't realize this until the 3rd night, and by that point had already been bitten several times. When contacting the property rental company, we were told they were just "roly pollies" and dismissed. I sent pictures of the bugs to a pest control company who confirmed my fears. We finished our last night on the couch, concerned about bringing some unwanted souvenirs home in our luggage. Before you book a stay here, please make sure they have gotten new boxsprings, matresses and had a pest control company rid the home of these pests.

This home was beautiful and very spacious. The master bedroom was on the main floor with the living room and kitchen. The lower level has 2 rooms and a bathroom. The deck outside is also spacious and the weather is perfection! A plus was being able to park in the garage. I highly recommend this beautiful house!

Our stay was perfect largely because the house was so accommodating to our family of six adults. We like to get away right after the Christmas holidays and need a home large enough for our grown family. This property fit the bill! The kitchen/dining/family room area was very functional and clean. We hope to come back in the future.

We loved this house! The very open kitchen, dining and living space were perfect for our family gathering. The wrap around deck was great for adults sipping wine and playful children alike. The kitchen had everything we needed. We slept great! It was so quiet and peaceful. Walking the neighbor was delightful. We voted that this was the perfect house for our family. It truly is a stunning, and comfortable, home!
