'The breakfast was almost nonexistent. Juice and milk were in a gallon jug. There were a few yogurt, 2 kinds of cereal, and one waffle iron.'

'My sister and I stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites, Tulsa for 5 days while visiting our daughter/neice. The hotel was very clean. The water pressure and hot water worked l so well. The ac in the room was nice and cool. Arlene who works in cafeteria was very personable and hard working. She made sure the food was always topped up and the surroundings were clean. Lindsay and Kellan at the front desk were amazingly helpful and sweet. Will we ever come back, you ask? We most certainly will!'

'The staff were absolutely wonderful & very helpful. The property & rooms were very clean. The only down side was that there was not any hot water. The front desk helped us find a room with warmer water but it took a very long time for it to get warm. It was not the staffs fault that these issues accrued, but it was hard showering in cold water! The elevator was also out but it didn’t affect my stay or family.'

'Bug in bed and dirty sheets can't even get a refund even partial so now I sleep in my car'

'The property was clean and we were able to get an accessible room. The TV, however, did not work. The box was exchanged, but we were unable to lower the volume or turn it off from the remote. The refrigerator also did not work.'

'Bring slippers!! The floors will make your feet black and the caret is sticky. Bedding felt damp and the room smelled like damp. Oh and the toenail snacks between the bed and nightstand, epic. They also allowed a semi truck to park by the rooms and start and stop its engine all night for three days.'
