Spectaculair 3 mijl panoramisch uitzicht op het meer vanuit dit volledig bijgewerkte, volledig gemeubileerde, 5 slaapkamers, 3 volledige en 2 halve badkamers huis met travertin vloeren, nieuwe keuken met granieten aanrecht en de werken, drie dekken om te ontspannen, open haard en twee warm water kachels . Bekijk ook onze andere twee nabijgelegen huizen aan het meer: # 699133 & # 307958. Geniet vanuit elke slaapkamer van een geweldig uitzicht op het meer. Vier slaapkamers hebben een glazen schuifdeur naar een terras met uitzicht op het meer. Dit huis is in een geweldige vorm en klaar voor uw geheugen waardoor het meer leuk wordt. Ook te huur is onze 25 voet 2007 Triton pontonboot met 3 stammen voor verbeterde stabiliteit en een motor van 175 pk. Blacktop helemaal naar het huis. Supermarkten, restaurantjes, gas, materiaal en gemakswinkels allemaal op slechts 2 tot 5 minuten afstand. Gelegen op de 2MM van de Big Niangua waar het bronwater helder en koel is. De Big Niangua komt de Osage (hoofdmeer) binnen bij de Osage 31MM. Dichtbij hebben we veel van de beroemde bar en grill leuke plekken op het Lake of the Ozarks zoals Captain Ron's, Larry's on the Lake & The Fish Company. Andere in de buurt van geweldige meerattracties inbegrepen: Ha Ha Tonka State Park met zijn oude kasteel, grote bron die uit een grot komt, natuurlijke boog, sinkholes en mijlen en mijlen van wandelpaden (12 mijl boottocht of 20 minuten rijden), bruidsgrot , kanotochten en verschillende golfbanen van wereldklasse. De 4e slaapkamer is afgebeeld met de dubbele stapelbedden en heeft geen slaapkamerdeur. Het staat open voor de hal. De 5e slaapkamer is een woonkamer-slaapkamer suite los van het hoofdgebouw met een halve badkamer. Het is ongeveer 5 stappen verwijderd van het hoofdgebouw, op het middelste niveau. De suite is vernieuwd en biedt een halve badkamer, veel ramen, tegelvloeren en een eigen verwarmings- en koelsysteem. Ongeveer 4. 5-5 mijl naar Captain Ron's over het water en 7 minuten over de weg. Geweldig voor Shoot-Out- en BroStock-evenementen !! De Super Store van Wood ligt op minder dan 10 minuten rijden en lijkt alles te hebben.

We visited from 6/7 to 6/14. I had read some previous reviews prior to our stay so I contacted Randy who assured me everything was up to par. We had pretty much everything we needed. We used the grill a few times, oven and dish washer. All with no issues. His property manager Ernie was prompt with the boat and made sure we knew what to do. Check in was smooth and easy. Overall happy with our stay and Randy seemed to care that we were happy. That was nice.

Read the fine print and ask questions ahead of booking!

I booked a lake place because I could rent the boat right at the house, which I confirmed with the owner. After booking, I received an email with information about the boat and in the fine print, it said not to be used Friday, Saturday and Sunday all summer. Luckily, Frankie and Louie’s had a boat available.I had asked for the lily pad to be available and it was not unlocked.The posting indicated we would have access to the two car garage, upon check-in we were told the door was broken and we couldn’t access the garage. When cooking the first night, we noticed many of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Then, when going to use the grill as the posting states, the infighter was broken. I informed the property manager of it first thing in the morning and he said he would fix it in time for dinner. He did not show up, nor did we hear from him at all after.After bringing up the issues with the host, he was dismissive and rude.With all of that, fishing was great!

Family Vacation

The house was in a great location and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. Some things that were disappointing: the table in the kitchen had not been cleaned upon arrival, there was green mold growing in the bottom of the trash can in the kitchen, the grill was basically unusable, burners all broken, the dishwasher did not clean well, some of the dishes had been put away dirty upon our arrival due to the dishwasher not cleaning well, we had to rewash dishes sometimes three times, there was black mold in the basement bathroom vent and black mold in the vent by the washer and driver on the second level. The place just did not feel super clean. The deck rail post on the main floor was loose and needs to be fixed and could potentially be a hazard. Also the instructions said we could park in the garage, however, upon arrival, we could not and were told the instructions were two years old, so this needs to be updated. Also there is no mention of steps in the house. There are 11 steps to the second floor and 13 steps to the 3rd floor/basement. There are no bedrooms on the main floor, so if you have trouble with steps, you may need to find another home to rent. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and the house was very nice despite these few things that I mentioned. It was nice to be able to fish off the dock as well. The view was spectacular from all floors and it was nice to be able to sit out on the deck on each level.

Wonderful property and a great value.

We enjoyed the large, updated living area along with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The property has four levels including the dock with a large deck on each of the top three levels. A lot of stairs but you know that going in. We had one issue with the property listing showing cable tv. The cable tv had to be removed recently due to poor signal strength. However, there is a large smart tv in living room. Lake views were fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Crappie and bass were caught off the dock.

The house was very clean, however it does need some upkeep. Broken slider handle, musty smell from bonus room ac/heat unit. Balcony handrail is loose. Overall the housekeeping was on point! Had enough kitchenware/appliances. Things to do around the house (fishing, hiking, cave exploring was fantastic. Springfield and Branson are closely located for more fun to be had. Check in and check out were easy. Owner was available for all questions.

I can't say enough about the property or the hosts, they were super easy to deal with and it may have the best views at the lake. We will definitely be going back and hopefully get to enjoy the great fishing there. I have stayed in many VRBO properties but this one was hands down the best all around experience.

The house was lovely. Plenty of room. Great view from every room. The only thing was the towel rack in the master bath was broken and the floors weren't very clean. We tried to find a broom to sweep but there was no access to a broom. Also, there was not enough towels & wash cloths available. But over all the experience was great.

Spacious with a view

We had a wonderful kid free vacation in this spacious house. The views from each balcony are beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you will need including some spices. There were games and puzzles to enjoy inside and floaties to use on the water. The weekend water traffic was busy so the water was choppy off the dock, but it calmed down during the week. Overall a great stay!

Annual Trip

Overall we had a good experience. The house had most of what we needed. The main house was clean and as expected like in the listing. Communication was up to date and the property owner and manager were easy to work with and had prompt responses. We had a few hiccups with the bonus bedroom attached to the garage but that was reminded quickly. OVERALL, great place, easy stay. Good location. Be aware this property has a lot of steps and is in a fairly busy portion of the lake so you will have waves at the dock.
