'This rental must have been made for our family. The first floor primary suite was a good size and had all we needed. Two en suites upstairs were great for our adult kids and spouses, and the two bedrooms on the lower level that shared a bathroom were just right for the grands. The kitchen was a nice size. 'We had a great stay at this beautiful home. The house held our large family really well. We enjoyed the large dock with speakers and refrigerator. House is on main channel of Niagara arm Saturday was too rough to float but it was nice every other day we were there. Our whole group were swimmers so that helped too. 'The house was as listed. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook. The beds were comfortable. The deck area was nice, but it did need a good cleaning. The owner is very responsive. The home was comfortable and a good option for our family of 6. The road leading to the house isn't super well kept. We had a mini van pulling a trailer and had a hard time not bottoming out. 'This is an absolutely perfect place for a family stay. It sits on a quiet cove just off of the main body of the lake in the Old Kinderhook resort. Our kids had the best time fishing, swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding in the cove. We rented a boat for a few days and had a wonderful time tubing, exploring the lake, and boating to restaurants for lunches and dinners.
