There was evidence by way of ash and ends caught in the rail of the sliding doors of the bedroom leading out to the pool, that someone had smoked in the room which was unfortunate.'

'EXCELLENT hotel. We stayed in the Presidential Suite which had amazing views into Kloof Gorge. Very spacious room with very large veranda/balcony and comfortable bed. Our hostess, Alta, was very sweet, nice, and helpful. Breakfast was yummy. I highly recommend this lovely hotel.'

New linen is needed so as the towels.
