Asked if I could give them my stamped postcards so the postcards could be put in with the regular hotel mail and was told, “not possible, we don’t do that” - and I am fluent in Portuguese. Wij moesten 300meter verderop parkeren en met de koffers slepen. Toen we daar een opmerking over maakten bleek het receptiepersoneel erg onvriendelijk.
