'This hotel is absolutely terrible and I highly recommend against staying here. The property is not maintained, the rooms look like trashy motel rooms. The food options for breakfast are low quality and limited, the service is beyond terrible. We lost money on our booking because we stayed one night and had to leave. It was gross, save your money. There are tons of better options. '

'Wonderful boutique hotel, we were so pleased and happy to stay here. The staff was wonderful, the property beautiful, there were kayaks and bikes to use. Overall great.
Just thought that the restaurant was exceptionally overpriced for dinner, more than the Ritz! However the food was great. Would stay here again. '

'My sons & I had a wonderful stay for 3nts/4days. The staff were friendly, polite and respectful. The location was perfect - close to downtown shopping and within driving distance to many attractions and points of interest. The resort was clean with stunning views of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the mountains. The staff were always happy to help in any way possible way. Would definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay. '
