'Bijzonder aardige dame bij de receptie toen wij aankwamen, aardige heer bij receptie heeft voor ons gekeken of het nabije restaurant open was en een tafel voor ons gereserveerd. Prettige kamers en eenvoudig maar lekker ontbijt'

'Breakfast was good with nice views. To bad there was a highway between the hotel and the lake. A lot of traffic noises made for a les nice experience. Sitting on the balcony or terrace was loud.
Room were pretty small with cheap floors and ikea furniture. Shower had mould in it.
So overal not worth the steep price in my opinion. '

'Location is excelente! Nice big room, comfy bed and nice hand soap. I went in summer with my husband and 2 kids. I was a little hesitant about paying the deposit thru link after learning that many scammers work that way, but it was the only way since it is a self check in. They do send instructions of everything with steps to enter the room. The key to the room is modern, thankfully my 19 year old got us in quite fast. One thing I didn’t know was that most places in Lugano don’t have air...

'We booked the day before and made a mistake entering our email info, so we never received the welcome info. When we arrived we were able to reach help and they very quickly got us the info and got us in. The space was very clean and modern and the location was great. We only stayed a night but we would definitely come back and stay again. Excellent option if you’re looking in Stresa.'
