We ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette clean and wash dishes and utensils upon checkout, and separate waste and dispose of it.

Car rentals are also available starting in 2025.
Three-Room Apartment – ​​Sleeps 6 + Infant
Located on the first floor of a quiet building in a residential area, this bright apartment, with its rustic yet refined character, welcomes guests with a spacious living room where the modern kitchen blends harmoniously with the living area, complemented by a comfortable sofa for relaxing.

The sleeping area is designed for rest and tranquility: a cozy and intimate double bedroom and a family room with a double bed and bunk beds, perfect for the whole family. The spacious and bright bathroom with window features a shower and offers all the comforts needed to restore well-being after a day spent enjoying the sun, sea, and walks.

Important Notes:
- Check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; A €50.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM.
- Groups of children under 21 are not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Deposit (mandatory): €200.00; refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linens and towels are not included: they can be added for €40 for a double set (also for single use) and €20 for a single set.

Check-in information will be sent to guests 48 hours before arrival. For any questions, please contact our customer service team. For selected properties, key collection usually takes place at the property. Linen rentals can be collected at our offices in Marina di Campo or Portoferraio.
