We are in Bonalaccia, a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the town of Marina di Campo, immersed in the greenery and quiet of the Elban countryside. You will be one kilometer from the beginning of one of the most famous golden sandy beaches on the island, on the east side of the Foce, a flat route perfect for bicycle travellers. A quiet area characterized by little traffic, which makes it an ideal destination for families and children who want to spend a holiday away from the chaos of the city. A perfect base also for those discovering the island for the first time, being convenient for reaching various locations in the area, such as Procchio and the other wonderful golden sand inlets on the Northern side or the Western side towards the Costa del Sole.

Important Notes:

- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 10.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
