From every room, thanks to large French doors, there is access to the spacious terrace overlooking the gulf, perfect for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the quiet of the hills.

The interiors are carefully furnished and designed to ensure comfort and functionality. The house features a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one of which is accessible both from the living room and from one of the bedrooms. Each space is bright, well organized, and ideal for a pleasant stay for couples as well as families.

The true highlight of the property is the panoramic infinity pool, offering a stunning view over the Gulf of Marina di Campo. Outdoors there is also a spacious barbecue area, perfect for organizing lunches and dinners al fresco surrounded by the hilly landscape. Completing the property is a covered and reserved parking space, ensuring maximum convenience throughout the stay.
