Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.

Information for key collection:
Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 3920618594. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure, or at our Field offices.
Our cottage is part of a small terraced complex, it is a perfect accommodation for those who want to spend a comfortable holiday not too far from the sea, in a fresh and breezy position.

Four-room apartment for 4/6 people (70 m2)
The apartment is accessed from a courtyard with a private garden, closed by a gate. On the mezzanine floor you will find an equipped terrace, a large kitchen, a living room with double sofa bed and dining room, a double bedroom and a large bathroom with tub and shower. A spiral staircase will take you downstairs where you will find a double bedroom with walk-in closet and a second bathroom with shower.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under the age of 21 are not admitted
- check-in in our offices in Marina di Campo from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a supplement of 30 euros on cleaning (more than one animal on request)
- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
