Ritter Villas are located in Colle Palombaia, not far from Marina di Campo. They are surrounded by greenery and are characterized by a splendid view of the sea and the islands of Pianosa and Montecristo. From the Villas, Colle Palombaia beach can be reached on foot by a private dirt road.
Guests can take advantage of a tennis court and a flush-to-floor swimming pool surrounded by an area paved with wood and equipped with deck chairs and outdoor showers with cold and hot water.
Dimora Clara is located 200 meters from the beach of Colle Palombaia (Marina di Campo), within a complex of villas surrounded by greenery called Villa Ritter.
The position of the villa, on a cliff with a splendid sea view, does not allow constant telephone coverage and is ideal for those on holiday who want a break from everyday life.

Dimora Clara has a large living area with a completely open sea view and covered by a large veranda, which can be closed with special plastic covers. Inside the large veranda there is a kitchen equipped with induction hob and dishwasher, a dining area with table and multifunctional furniture made with nautical materials that allows you to have lunch with friends or enjoy the magnificent view from the imposing sofa.

The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, a twin bedroom with two single beds that can be combined and a third bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom also with shower, from the covered veranda you can access another double bedroom with sea view.

For the use of the guests a splendid swimming pool (usable from June 1st to September 30th) for common use with the other residences of the complex.
A private parking space inside the property is available to guests of Dimora Clara.
