The rate does not include: Mandatory extra
cleaning in case of the presence of animals (€50.00 per animal per week and only small ones and on request). The admission of animals to the facility must be authorized in advance by the owner after communicating the number of animals, size and breed.

Casavento Puzziteddu is a contemporary style villa surrounded by a lush garden in western Sicily, a few steps from Puzziteddu beach. The name recalls the wind and waves that have made this area a popular destination for kitesurfers. Designed to offer maximum comfort and furnished in typical Sicilian coastal colors, the villa is spread over two floors and includes a kitchen, dining area and living room, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The large French windows open directly onto outdoor dining and relaxation areas, overlooking the lawn. A saltwater pool, surrounded by sun loungers and tall palm trees, completes the outdoor space. The nearest sandy beach can be reached on foot through sandy paths that line the sea and the dunes. The location is also ideal for exploring the coast between Mazara del Vallo and Selinunte.

The villa is on two levels. GROUND FLOOR — Open space living and dining area with French doors on three sides; kitchen separated by glass walls with direct access to the covered outdoor terrace furnished for outdoor dining; service bathroom; laundry. FIRST FLOOR — Two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower; one bedroom with bunk bed.
Park:
The garden measures about 650 square meters and includes a lawn with flowering shrubs around the pool area. The terrace in front of the villa is shaded by a canopy and furnished with a dining table and seating area. A second back terrace houses a barbecue and an additional seating area. The gated entrance leads to an indoor parking area for three cars. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located a few steps from the villa, on the same level as the ground floor. Rectangular in shape, it measures 11 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m; covered in marble; salt purification system; access through submerged Roman steps. It is surrounded by a stone-paved sundeck of about 300 square meters, furnished with six sun loungers. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is located in a secluded corner. The indoor and outdoor lighting allows the pool to be used even at night. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Heating from November to April (€40,00 per day). N.B. These costs, not included in the price list, will be calculated at the reservation time and due at the balance payment.
