Located in the charming Morro do Elefante region, the house is surrounded by plenty of greenery and araucaria trees. The property is situated just 1 km from the top of the hill (viewpoint) and approximately 2 km from the base of the Capivari cable car, allowing you to enjoy the best of Campos do Jordão's gastronomy and excitement whilst enjoying a secluded and peaceful mountain retreat.

Services such as: early check-in and late check-out may have additional charges, in case of doubts contact us for further clarification.



In order for everything to go well, we ask that you pay attention to the rules of our historical property:



⚠️ Important: A "Guest Form" with the full names and identity documents of all people in the reservation must be sent at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, there will not be sufficient time for access clearance and the guest may be unable to check in on the same day.



⚠️ Guest Limit: Respect the maximum limit of 14 people established in the reservation. It is strictly prohibited to bring extra mattresses, inflatable mattresses or sleeping bags to accommodate more people in the house.



⚠️ Housekeeping Service: The daily presence of our housekeeper during business hours is mandatory. She is present to ensure the perfect functioning of the house and will help you and your group with tidying, support and lighting the fireplace. If necessary, it is possible to hire her directly for additional cleaning and cooking services during your stay. Rates to be agreed personally with her after check-in.



⚠️ Heating: As this is a century-old building of classical style with a 110V electrical network, the house does not have heating in the bedrooms and the use of any type of electric heaters is prohibited. We provide warm blankets and duvets for all guests.



⚠️ Fireplace Use: We provide 1 complimentary bag of firewood for the start of your stay (extra firewood can be purchased from local suppliers). For safety reasons, guests should not handle the house's wood store; only the housekeeper is authorised to remove and handle the firewood.



⚠️ Pet-friendly: We accept only 1 small pet. It is strictly forbidden for the animal to climb on or sleep on beds, sofas or armchairs.



⚠️ Waste Disposal: Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, bag them separately and dispose of them in the service area.



⚠️ Energy Saving: When leaving, check that you have switched off all lights and electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in a deduction of R$ 100.00 per day from the security deposit.



⚠️ Opening hours: Our check-in is from 3 PM and our check-out is before 11 AM. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability beforehand.



⚠️ Quality Bedding: We provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 bath towel per guest. Additional linen changes can be arranged separately. Please be careful with products that may stain or damage the items (such as makeup or self-tanning products), as damaged items will be charged to your security deposit.



⚠️ Hygiene Items: Basic hygiene items (such as toilet paper) are provided as a courtesy only at the beginning of the stay and are not replenished.
