'We had a nice stay, great ocean view location and very good variety of restaurants. The only thing that was not in line with expectations of a 5• hotel is the quality of the reception. Very very unprofessiknal! We booked a room 600 euro! per night + upgrade package to seaview room if available. On arrival they told us the hotel was fully booked! I showed them that there were still 8 rooms online available. They would get back to us but did not do so. So after a drink, I called again and they did...

'Had a lovely few days at Rosedene! Staff were all so kind and helful! Lungi was so very helpful in organizing our pickup and transportation from the airport, and also booking tours for us while in Cape Town.
