'Perfect family get away in Appalachin. The property was extremely clean and included anything you could possibly need from wash washer/dryer, and extra pillows. We didn't cook much, but truly appreciated the many brand new appliances (crockpot, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, and microwave). The outdoor seating on the patio is an ideal space to relax with coffee. 'This was a last minute book for us. We stayed for one night. We definitely will come back and come more prepared. The best part was the fire pit and we were able to purchase the wood and everything to start the fire up with the property. They were very nice. Comfortable beds and had a great night.'

'Place was convenient for dropping my daughter off at SUNY Binghamton. Was updated, very well laid out with all amenities, clean, organized, thoughtful. Had kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom all of a nice size for two people. Liked the auto soap dispenser. Easy parking. A bit woodsy if you are not into critters but otherwise quite fantastic for price and location.'

'We enjoyed an overdue getaway at this unique property. The host was helpful and the place was very clean. The bedrooms are a little bit small but well appointed, and the convenience of the washer and dryer was a plus, as we stayed 9 nights. 'Wonderful country place to stay. Very quiet, clean, easy to find and the view is spectacular. We were surprised by breakfast items in the fridge. A plus for us was a washer and dryer. Perfect for keeping the kids cloth clean as thay LOVED playing outside. Easy access to lots of great placed to visit.'

'My sister's family of three and my family of there stayed here to spend Thanksgiving with our parents in Binghamton. The location was perfect (20 minutes from my parents in Binghamton) and the house was big enough to give our two families space when we needed our own space. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and even enjoyed some lake-effect snow the day after Thanksgiving. We brought most of Thanksgiving dinner (turkey and sides) with us, so the full refrigerator was perfect to store everything...
