'We stayed at The Harbourview Inn 1 night and we were warmly greeted by David & Katharine, and Daisy( the dog), owners of the inn. The charm and ambiance of the inn brings back memories of vacationing summer chalets in the Laurentian as a child. Our room was clean and well laid out. The breakfast included was delicious. The staff were attentive and friendly .'

'I have never booked a B&B before and now I know why. Smallest room I’ve ever had. No one there to greet us for about half an hour. Old, dated and poorly maintained. Toilet holder off the wall. Shower head and hose just kind of hanging in the shower and don’t step near the drains because it feels like you will go through the floor. No room to put any luggage anywhere without blocking the door. All this for $321.30. I’m 65 and this was the worst room ever. B&B should stand for Buyer Beware. I’ve...

'We were met at the B&B by Mike, one of the two friendly owner/hosts, a lovely couple from South Africa. He made my husband and I feel welcome and at ease after a difficult drive through very heavy rain. We discussed Parrsboro, the theatre that night, eating as plant based vegans. Mike was knowledgeable, positive and immediately told us not to worry he'd have breakfast ready at their usual 08:30 to 09:30 time.
