'Just a great experience. Staff was exceptional. Helpful and happy. Great recommendations and easy to approach. The rooms were perfect, roomy and quiet. Property was in great spot, easy to get around (kenmore T station RIGHT next door), Ubers/cabs easy, newbury st and Fenway close. Not a better spot if going to Red Sox game.'

'This is an old property that needs to be updated. My room had a stand alone air conditioner vented thru a hose that was thru a hole in the window. It was extremely loud. Also, the room overlooked a garbage dumpster. I had to request a room change. The rooms are a little shabby. Only one elevator worked during my three day stay. The balcony doors needed maintenance (locks didn't work). On the bright side, the hotel front desk staff was excellent, friendly and accomodating.'
