'Very friendly staff and good rooms. Perfect location near red, orange and green subway lines and lots of places to eat in nearby chinatown. Recommended!'
'Everything looked beautiful, and it was all very clean. The building was old, so there were some things that are old, but that gives it the charm.
We parked at Copley Square Mall. '
'A solid basic hotel. Rooms are small but comfortable, great mattress + pillows. AC dealt well with high temps and humidity. Great water pressure. Staff is friendly, location cannot be beat.
Be aware that the neighborhood gets noisy when there are big events at the Garden; that's unavoidable.'
'Great place to stay! Near many restaurants and less than 10 minute walk to Fenway Park. Front desk rep S. (Yes, his name is S) was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions! Also, when we told him there was a slight gurgling sound from our sink, he had it looked at immediately and when it couldn't be fixed, quickly changed our room. And with the change, he gave us a complementary upgrade to a suite! We'll definitely stay again for our next Red Sox game!'
'Our room was beautiful & clean!
The staff were very polite and helpful. We parked across the street in self parking which was $40 a night which I thought was a little steep, but I’m also guessing the hotel doesn’t set that price since it is also public garage. As for breakfast, you got good size serving but I thought the prices were pretty high… $9 for 2 slices of toast. We ate there just the one time. I would highly recommend this hotel.'
