'Everything looked beautiful, and it was all very clean. The building was old, so there were some things that are old, but that gives it the charm. We parked at Copley Square Mall. '

'The location of the property was great. The woman at the front desk was not so pleasant. She kept telling me my card would not go through when I was checking in . She then tells me it was something wrong with the machine. She had me waiting and she just was not very pleasant at all!'

'Stay was lovely and the staff were welcoming, warm, and helpful. Great location and easy walking to lots of bars, restaurants, and downtown attractions. We had two dogs with us and the staff were very welcoming to them. The rooms are cozy and the bathroom is a great size. I saw several negative reviews of this place but we had a great experience and I will definitely stay here again.'
