Carpets need replacing. 3 pillows on a king bed. Phone broken. Body wash was empty and couldn’t call down bc phone didn’t work. The hallway leading to the room was beat up/dirty walls. Spoke to manager who said he would follow up via email which he did not. Won’t return.'
