'I would say the best part of this hotel is the location and maybe the lobby. Everything else landed pretty sub-par. The 1st room was gross, humid and smelled. Wasn't clean. The hallways were a perfect example of the first room, musty and in serious need of remodeling. Second room was better, but lacked amenities and the balcony door didn't work. I went down to the desk for body wash and towels twice, even called down and was told "it'll be brought right up". We didnt get to shower till...

'I would be hard pressed to come up with anything not great about this hotel. Absolutely great ambiance, great staff, and high standards. All of Boston's sights are within minutes walking, so I did not even needed to use the complimentary (!) Lexus Limousine service that would have dropped me off anywhere in Boston. I can recommend this Hotel to everyone that seeks a place to unwind after an intense day of business meetings.'

'My husband and I stayed at the Pennyweight Hotel in Boston for a birthday trip to see a concert. I checked the website beforehand to make sure they had a restaurant bc we had limited time in the city. We sat around and waited until 5pm for the “restaurant” to open, only to be told that the ONLY thing they had to eat was a cheese platter.
