'Stayed at Citizen M North Station for our anniversary weekend and it was fantastic! The room was sleek, super comfy bed, and those high-tech controls for lights and blinds were so cool. Staff were friendly, check-in was a breeze, and our room had awesome views of Boston. Location's perfect-right by TD Garden and public transit. Couldn't ask for more, five stars all day! 'Bij aankomst in het hotel bleek er geen warm water te zijn. Volgende ochtend nog steeds niet. Na een lange dag reizen wil je bij aankomst in het hotel lekker kunnen douchen, en dat zat er niet in. Hierover geen bericht/excuus of compensatie gehad, terwijl de kamer aardig prijzig was voor de kleine ruimte. Warm water is toch wel een van de minimale eisen in een hotel! Personeel was verder wel vriendelijk. '
