THE LAND

Sandana Ranch sits on over six private acres in the heart of the Poconos, entirely yours

for the weekend. Complete and utter peace & quiet as you are surrounded by nature and

a sky full of stars. No HOA & no noisy neighbors.



THE OUTDOOR SETUP

Sandana Ranch features a full bluestone pavered patio with three outdoor Polywood

picnic tables that can seat up to 24 guests comfortably. The year-round covered hot tub

sits ready whenever the group is - featuring seating for 6. The covered outdoor grill, fire

pit, and Adirondack chairs provide everything you need for those outdoor BBQs & cozy-

fire pit nights. Volleyball net & corn hole fill out a backyard that is perfect for any

occasion & endless nights of stargazing.

Have a fur friend you want to bring? We have a full dog park on the property. Our dog

park has a large dog house with a secure fence and feeding area. Playground mulch

surrounds the fenced in dog park to ensure your pet is safe and has an area to run while

you enjoy the backyard & outdoors.



THE GAME ROOM

Sandana Ranch has a gameroom that rivals your local Dave & Busters. Yes, the game

room you see in the photos is INSIDE the house. All commercial grade Arcade machines

set on Free-play for endless hours of fun with your friends and family. Don’t spend a

quarter - just make memories!

THE KITCHEN

This is not a typical Airbnb kitchen - we went all out! Thermador gas range, Thermador

built in fridge & freezer and appliances, mini-fridge, wine-fridge & and every pot, pan, and

piece of cookware you'd need to cook seriously for a large group — it's all here.

Built for multi-day stays. Whether you're here for a long weekend or a full week, the

kitchen is set up for real cooking — not just coffee and takeout. Guests tell us they never

needed a restaurant.



SLEEPING & INDOOR COMFORT

Built for both small & large groups. Four beautifully appointed bedrooms + an open

sleeping area spread across two completely separate wings of the house — so different

families or couples get genuine privacy while still sharing the main common spaces.

Our four built-in bunk beds feature Twin XL’s to accommodate both kids and adults of

all ages.



Every bedroom has a Samsung frame TV and is climate-controlled. The house runs on

central AC and heating throughout. Blackout curtains in every bedroom.

Crib & highchair is provided.
