'The accommodation was overall very good. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable — but that was my own mistake for booking a room with one. Lesson learned: I’ll avoid sofa beds in the future :). Aside from that, everything else was great.'

'The room had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out was easy. The pool was excellent. It had snowed and rained during our stay so we enjoyed having access to a warm pool. The board games were a nice touch and the balcony was a very nice size for sitting out and enjoying the view. The sleeping arrangement was good as well.'

'Shy was great about returning messages. It was a great place and convenient. One issue we had was the bed situation was not as shown in the icons. I thought there were more beds than there were. there were some rollaway beds, but they were not great. When we had a problem with a couple of things, Shy had someone come by right away to correct.'
