A second mid-level bedroom has a queen bed and shares a full bathroom. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms feature a combination of queen, double, and twin beds, plus a sitting area with a loft view of the living space below.

A lower-level entertainment area offers plenty of space for game nights, card games, or simply relaxing while enjoying the view. A bar area and dining table create the perfect setup for evening gatherings. A selection of books and games is provided for your convenience.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

Note:
1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. Belle Maison is located in a residential area and parking is tight. Please refrain from bringing additional vehicles. Turn around in neighboring driveways is prohibited.
9. The half bath at the lakefront is not available November 1 - April 30th.
10. Dock is shared with owner. Owner will occasionally need access to personal kayak kept at lakefront.
11. Hot Tub is not available from December 1 – April 15th
