Step inside and you're greeted by a bright three-season room, the perfect spot for morning coffee, an afternoon nap, or simply enjoying the gentle lake breezes. The open-concept main living space combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas, allowing everyone to cook, eat, and unwind together while taking in panoramic lake views through wall-to-wall windows. The kitchen features white cabinetry, dark granite countertops, an oversized island, and modern appliances, making meal prep a breeze. The dining area overlooks the lake and opens directly onto the lakeside patio for effortless indoor-outdoor living.

Oct 1 – June 1 Maximum Occupancy is 6 people. Occupancy June 1 – September 30th is 8 people with use of the three-season room.

Note: Boats are not able to be tied to the dock under any circumstances.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.

3. Air conditioning is not available unless otherwise noted as available in the amenities. If air conditioning is noted as available, this is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
