Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, La Bisquine stands out for its warm atmosphere and functional layout, ideal for family or friends’ stays. On the ground floor, you will find a pleasant living area featuring a dining space for up to 6 guests as well as a cosy lounge with sofa and large bookshelves. During the winter months, you can enjoy the fireplace (operational from November 1st to March 31st). A few steps lead to a bathroom with double vanity and large shower, as well as a separate, modern and fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen, a direct access opens onto the enclosed garden located at the rear of the house.

Upstairs, the house offers three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140x190) and storage space. Two bedrooms are not fitted with blackout blinds; therefore, natural morning light may be present. An additional space with a toilet and washbasin is also available on this floor for added comfort.

Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant private and fully enclosed garden, ideal for outdoor meals or relaxing after coastal walks. The property also offers two private parking spaces in front of the house.

Between beaches and coastal paths, La Bisquine offers a privileged location for nature lovers and fresh-air escapes. The beaches of Verger and Saussaye, renowned for their wild beauty, are within easy reach, as well as the famous Pointe du Grouin with its exceptional views over the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel.

• Househols linens (bed sheets and 1 large + 1 small towel per person) is optional: €20 per person.
• The fireplace is operational only from November 1st to March 31st (firewood not provided).
• The house is semi-detached on one side.
