Prettig verblijf
Gekozen vanwege nabijheid bij autoverhuurbedtojf en vliegveld. Airconditioning stond wel op 'fris' door het hele hotel voor de tijd van het jaar!

This is a great spot to stay if you have to leave early or arrive late, very close to the airport, you can be there in no time, place is clean and staff is very helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Close to airport. Free shuttle to airport. Parking available at hotel. Improvements that need to be made is hotel policy communications When we arrived for brekdast the waiter told me that I need to pay 25usd per person for breakfast. When booking it showed breakfast was included. After some verification we did not need to pay extra. The same went for parking. I wanted to park and fly and return 2 weeks later. The first Service clerk told me if I have a room booked then parking is free. While checking out I had to pay 60 USD for parking.

The hot water wasn’t hot, at best it was warm. We were on the ground floor and it was extremely noisy with children running up and down and screaming at 1.30 am. We asked for a wake up call as we had to be at the airport for 5.00 but we didn’t get it. Otherwise the hotel itself was very clean and the staff were accommodating.

Confirm shuttle contact number at hotel is functioning. Shuttle cannot be arranged until after going through customs and picking up luggage. This can take a long time at CancĂșn Airport, (in excess of 2 hours on two occasions in Feb and March 2024). No one answered at the Marriot Courtyard Hotel to arrange a shuttle pick up. Eventually got a local to help.

The hotel was clean and staff were very attentive and helpful. The floors/halls when you walk to your room have a strong smell of wet dog. It's strong and unpleasant. Only good thing is that you can't smell it once you walk into you're room.

We had a one night stay at this hotel as we were en route to an all inclusive the next day. The hotel was clean and conveniently located and the complimentary shuttle was appreciated. We didn't get to fully experience the hotel due to our short stay but we did have dinner at the restaurant. The dinner was quite pricey though for what it was so make sure you are aware of prices.
