Deluxe Beach Front Ground Floor Condo # 5 in Nautibeach

Slechts 20 minuten met de veerboot uit Cancun, Nautibeach Condos ligt aan de noordzijde van Isla Mujeres op het meest populaire strand, Playa Norte.

Condo # 5, # 6, # 9 en # 17 zijn eigendom van en wordt beheerd door Katy en Dave Hochmayr, en maken geen deel uit van de huur zwembad op het terrein. Ons eigen verhuurkantoor bevindt zich net voor de ingang van Nautibeach. We hebben geweldig personeel beschikbaar om u te helpen met alles wat u nodig heeft tijdens uw verblijf.

Condo # 5 is een appartement met twee slaapkamers, gegarandeerd begane grond in de buurt van het zwembad. Beide slaapkamers hebben kingsize bedden en de tweede slaapkamer heeft een kleine wastafel met een wastafel. Er zijn granieten aanrechtbladen in de keuken, een 4-pits kookplaat en een oven op ware grootte. Het is gelegen op de begane grond voor een gemakkelijke toegang tot het zwembad en het strand. De patio op deze begane grond appartement is twee keer zo groot als de balkons van de tweede en derde verdieping appartementen in Nautibeach, waardoor het heerlijk om een ​​rustige ochtenden en avonden vanaf uw eigen terras met uitzicht op de tropische tuinen en het zwembad te genieten.

Schoonmaakservice (dagelijks of zoals gevraagd) is beschikbaar zonder extra kosten.

We verhuren ook condo # 6 (bezit ID # 303229), die een patio die is aangesloten op de patio van condo # 5 heeft. Voor groepen groter dan 4, kunnen grote plantenbakken verwijderd worden tussen de twee aangrenzende patio. Voor individuele verhuur worden de plantenbakken op hun plaats gehouden met privépatio's.

Vinden op onze eigendom is het restaurant, Maya Beach Club - een geweldige plek voor ontbijt, lunch of diner en een van de mooiste plekken op het eiland voor het bekijken van de zonsondergang. Lounge stoelen en parasols zijn voorzien zowel rond het zwembad en op het strand voor onze gasten.

Geniet van een mooie wandeling van 5 minuten naar het centrum om de vele winkels, restaurants, bars en lokale muziek te ervaren.

We zijn erg enthousiast over ons nieuwe project, Isla Retreats, dat we in mei 2017 hebben voltooid. Alle zes villa's zijn luxe, smaakvol ingericht en volledig ingericht met alles wat u nodig heeft voor uw verblijf. Alle villa's hebben een flatscreen-tv, kabel-tv, iPod-dockingstations en snel WiFi-internet. Wij bieden strandlakens en badhanddoeken, beddengoed van hoge kwaliteit, een föhn en een strijkijzer met strijkplank voor uw gebruik. Er is een kluis op de kamer om uw waardevolle spullen en paspoorten op te bergen. Schoonmaakservice (dagelijks of zoals gevraagd) is beschikbaar zonder extra kosten. Er is on-site personeel beschikbaar om onze gasten te helpen bij het opzetten van golfkar verhuur en andere activiteiten.

Ons hoofddoel voor Isla Retreats is om een alleen-volwassenen, rustige en unieke Caribisch-Mexicaanse ervaring te bieden. Gasten kunnen ontsnappen aan de drukte van het centrum en het dagelijkse leven om te ontspannen en te genieten van het mooie eiland. We hebben de gemeenschappelijke ruimte ontworpen om een rustige sfeer te creëren met een verwarmd zoutwaterzwembad met watervallen, strandstoelen en parasols, tropische tuinen en een voortreffelijke palapa. We wilden zoveel mogelijk groene ruimte behouden, dus hebben we het pand ontworpen met veel tropische planten en kokospalmen. Er zijn ook veel buitengewone handgesneden marmer- en onyx-sculpturen in het hele gebouw.

The location of this condo is perfect! Steps to the pool, restaurant, bar, and beach. Fellow guests were quiet yet very friendly! Katy was very accommodating when a breaker flipped and we lost power. She had us move into #6 next door for our last night. Easy transition. My only complaint was that the beds are a bit firm for us and the bedding is average. Next time we will purchase a topper for the beds.

Wonderful, relaxing stay in great location

My family spent a week at Nautibeach and loved it. Clean, nice pool steps away from turquoise blue, gentle beach with white sand. Plenty of beach lounge chairs at both the pool and the beach. Great pool and beach side service with great cocktails and food served by kind, friendly and professional staff. The beds were comfortable and all amenities were exactly as expected. The house cleaning was meticulous. Great family place that felt safe and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!

The perfect spot on Playa Norte

We had a great stay at Nautibeach #5! It was a short walk from the ferry and the unit was steps from the pool and beach. It was very clean, properly furnished and the beds were super comfortable. The filtered water was a nice surprise. We couldnt have asked for a better spot on Playa Norte. The only drawback was the music from a neighboring bar went well into the night on Saturday, but all in all we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome Location!

This condo couldn’t be in a more perfect location. Walk out your patio door straight to the pool. Just beyond the pool is the Playa Norte beach. The property was so easy to checkin. It was clean and had everything you need. It’s so close to downtown for shopping and restaurants. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect location

This was the most perfect location on the island. Walking distance to the downtown- a few blocks is all- that where shopping and restaurants are! Even $1 tacos!! It’s not right on the beach where you had crowds of people in front of you but just set off enough that you still saw the beach. Probably 100 ft?? We were close enough to the pool as well as the restaurant. The condo was very clean and spacious enough for two couples. They had plenty of drinking water provided as well as coffee. Which was very nice to not to have to worry about as stores are a little distance away. You will want to rent a golf cart especially to go to the grocery store which is a large store similar to Walmart. Overall the experience was wonderful, the location was wonderful, the condo was wonderful. We took Katy’s suggestions on several things and it worked out very well- such as buy your transfer from the airport to the ferry in advance with CARM we even prebought our ferry tickets through them as well - and even got a beer for the ride. Zero complaints for the entire trip! We will definitely come again!

Premier location

We had an amazing stay at Nautibeach condos. During our trip we split our time between Playa Norte beach relaxing and island exploring via golf cart. After seeing so much, we concluded we would stay at Nautibeach for a return trip. There are several benefits to this condo location - amazing ocean swimming, proximity to the Mayan Beach club meant beach chair food/drink service, walking distance to SO much food/drink/shopping around Hidalgo street. Some extra services that we loved and were very smooth and professional - private beach chairs/umbrellas and setup meant premium beach spots with zero hassle, worry free golf cart rental from property owner with private parking, covid testing in condo, condo cleaning, etc. Aside from the excellent location and service, the accommodation was exactly as advertised with zero complaints on our end - thankfully due to perfect weather we spent very little time in the condo itself . The island is so fun and this is a premier place to stay due to its location, privacy, and service.

Nautibeach #5 stay

This condo has excellent privacy on the first floor and easy access to the pool area and beach. Playa Norte is a gorgeous beach and we have stayed in Isla Mujeres several times. The location is fantastic with easy accessibility and walkability to town, ferry etc. It was great that the Mayan beach club is adjacent and serve drinks and food at the Nautibeach poolside and on the beach. Good wifi that my daughter enjoyed on a few of the rainy days during our stay. Rosa was extremely great with communication and scheduling our COVID tests. Easy breezy and beautiful!

My husband and I loved the location. The beach was absolutely beautiful. My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary. We absolutely loved our stay in condo #5. Katy was so helpful leading up to check in. We loved having fresh water available in the condo, and the ability to walk out to the beach. I don't really have anything to add from previous reviews. The condo was very clean, laid out well and adequately stocked. We loved playing cards on the nice sized patio. Flori and every other staff member we came into contact with were fabulous! And the location is absolutely perfect! Both in relation to the town and beach and where it is located on the property with a view of the gardens, pool and ocean. While walking around and exploring on a golf cart, I cannot think of any other place we would want to stay. I was surprised how busy the beach and town were during what I thought was "off-season," but that could have been due to recent vaccinations and people starting to travel again. Regardless, we will be back!
