Dear Brittney . Thank you for choosing us. We advertise ourselves as a "Capsule Hotel", a travel concept that most people understand. Our capsules are primarily for resting and you have a private locker large enough for your personal effects, as well as separate private showers/bathrooms for men and women. We are sorry that this was not clear enough for you; but our name, photos and description clearly show the type of property we are. We are a bit surprised that you compare us to a nightclub... as our environment is quite quiet and designed for relaxation, with clear and strict noise policies.
