'Loved the view from our balcony, comfy king bed and sofa bed for our family of 4, support with getting transfer and taxi when needed, billiards enjoyed by our teens, and delicious dinner at the onsite restaurant. The beach is clean and easy entry for any age with watersports next door. Some cool shops for clothing and souvenirs a short walk down the beach within another beach restaurant. Short distance to other beaches, Roadtown ferry, Beef Island ferry and airport. '

'Leuk hotel, rechtstreeks aan het strand, maar een beetje vergane glorie. Hotel is aan het einde van het eiland Tortola. Dus lange taxirit naar luchthaven en Road Town. Tortola zelf stelt niet veel voor. Op de BVI moet je echt gaan zeilen anders is er verder niets te beleven.'

'The service was quite bad. They saw I had a heavy luggage and they still did not attempt to try to help me to get to my room. I made a reservation for 1 person and they still booked for two, almost making me to pay for 2p. Then I went to the restaurant to eat, everyday and almost every night. The staff saw that I went to sit there and they didn't even care even to ask if I wanted something. Even after a few days, they still wouldn't ask me. I had to stand up and go there myself. 'Toen we ons meldden bij de receptie was men niet op de hoogte van onze reservering bij Hotels.com. Er was ons geen reserveringsnummer (6 digits) van het hotel zelf bekend, alleen het nummer van Hotels.com, hetgeen onbekend was bij het hotel. Dàt was een teleurstelling. Dat ze daarna nog een kamer voor ons hadden was wel fijn, voor hetzelfde bedrag en hetzelfde type als in de reservering.'

'We are so glad to have stayed at the Ocean View Villa. The property was beautiful. We were able to drop our luggage off early in the morning so we didn't have to bring it to Soggy Dollar with us. We walked a lot to both White Bay and Great Harbor. It probably took about 10-15 minutes. The best part was how quiet it was. We could not hear a noise other than the goats and wind. So relaxing.'

The quality of service is second to none I have experienced, the food is Michelin star quality and the rooms and decor is impressive. The owners have done an amazing job at operating this resort.
