Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned flat with a swimming pool for rent in the town of Canet-en-Roussillon. It measures 30 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. You can enjoy a garden of around 10 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A shower room with shower and toilet
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: a washing machine, a plancha, an ironing board and an iron.

Outdoors:
- A shared, secure, unheated swimming pool, open from 1 June to 30 September
- A 19 m² terrace with furniture and a parasol
- An unfenced 10 m² garden to enjoy the sunny days

The flat is ideally situated in Canet-en-Roussillon, in a peaceful and very pleasant setting, a 5-minute walk from the beach. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Activities:
- A range of activities including the ‘Oniria’ aquarium, the beach, beach clubs, a superb mini-golf course, boat and jet ski hire, parasailing, tennis/padel, hiking, numerous cycle routes, a swimming pool, skiing in winter, and tourist activities all year round.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor car park in front of the residence (1 vehicle) or in the nearby public car parks.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Perpignan, approximately 14 km away (16 mins by car)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan, approximately 17 km away (19 mins by car)
- There is a bus stop opposite the residence

- The nearest beach is approximately 2 km from the accommodation (5 mins by car, 30 mins on foot)

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
