We hebben apart voor ontbijt betaald (16,50 pp). Dit was het absoluut niet waard! Bovendien was de service erg matig. De serveerders leken erg onervaren. '

'Op het laatste moment toch nog deze boeking gedaan en een ander hotel afgezegd. Alles was perfect. Hele grote kamer. Ook al is er geen kleinere in het hotel. Prachtig ingericht. Van alle gemakken voorzien. In prachtige staat. Alles nog als nieuw. Prima bed!!!! Prachtig uitzicht. Dichtbij het centrum. 1 bus naar Stanica en als je helemaal niet kunt lopen een overstap en je bent in hartje stad.
Personeel behulpzaam,spreken prima Engels, Duits en vast nog meer. Mooi restaurant. Met een ontbijt...

'There is really nothing i did not like. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I got there before check in time she was very understanding and made sure my room was ready and let me go in it early with no problem. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel'

'Decent hotel a short walk of 10 minutes or so from the airport. Is nicer inside than the exterior would suggest. I didn’t try the breakfast but there are reasonably well stocked vending machines. Easy to get into the centre of Bratislava on the number 60 bus in about 25 minutes. Bus stop only a couple of minutes walk away. '

'The hotel is 11 minutes away by car to Old Town and surrounding areas so I had to take Uber to and fro each day for sight seeing. It was inconvenient. Best to pay a little more for accommodation to be near Old Town so you can walk everywhere. '

"I didnt receive the check in email. When I call them, instead of sending the mail they tried to help me with a long bad communicated phone talk. There is no one else to help you. Its a ghost hotel. And rooms are worse than pictures and smell so bad. It says private bathroom but wc is on corridor. So tecnically its true but misleading. My advise would be paying 25 euro train ticket and going to Prague instead of staying here"

And there's lack of communication between the reception and breakfast staff (first you don't need a breakfast ticket, but without they don't serve you). Breakfast is complete and nice. "
