PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The living room is divided into two spaces:

- A comfortable lounge with a flat-screen TV
- A lovely American-style kitchen with an island and dining area for 6 people (including a dishwasher)

The first bedroom features two single beds, a desk area, and storage. Additionally, it offers direct access to the balcony and has a private shower room (including a WC).

The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-size double bed (160 cm) and storage. It also provides access to the balcony.

A shower room with an Italian shower and WC completes the space.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

After a few steps on your street, Rue Molière, you can choose to:

- Stroll along the Croisette (5 min)
- Reach the Palais des Festivals (10 min)
- Shop on Rue d’Antibes (1 min)
- Explore the city center on foot

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Parking is paid on the surrounding streets.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…)
Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.

All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
