This stunning, fully air-conditioned and connected 3-room loft measuring 48 square meters, located at the Forville Market at the foot of Le Suquet—Cannes’ historic district—offers you all the comforts you need for an ideal stay with friends, family, or for business trips (a 7-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals). You’ll receive a personalized welcome from one of our staff members. Sheets and linens are provided, along with a local hygiene kit.
The loft is located on a cul-de-sac with an outdoor staircase and a shared entrance. The apartment overlooks a pedestrian street right across from the magnificent Marché Forville, the go-to spot for foodies in Cannes, and is close to all amenities: restaurants, bars, a convenience store, a bakery, bus stops, beaches, and Cannes’ iconic landmarks.
This fully equipped apartment, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, consists of:

- A living/dining room featuring a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table, and a dining table

- An open-concept kitchen connected to the living room, equipped with a stovetop, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, and kitchen utensils.

- A first bedroom furnished with two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, a wardrobe with hangers, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
