'Bien y tranquila'

'This hotel is truly excellent. The conversion from 16th century palace to its current state has been done tastefully and to the highest standard. The hotel offers stunning views from the rooms and common areas. Our room was really comfortable and clean. The restaurant and food exceptional and memorable. Not to be overlooked are the staff. Friendly, professional, and genuinely nice people. Their pride in providing a high quality experience for their guests is very obvious. ...

'Todo bien'

'Comfortable hotel with plenty of parking outside. Our room also had a lovely big terrace. One point to note is that (probably because we were staying out of the peak period?) the in-house restaurant was closed for the Sunday night. There seemed only one restaurant open that night in Castellote, which is situated on the outskirts of town, but within walking distance, at the bowling alley. We therefore still managed to get an enjoyable meal. '
