'Heerlijk om een paar dagen in dit cottage te verblijven met ons gezin. Veelvuldig gebruik gemaakt van de kano’s, peddleboard en de outdoor spelletjes. Het meer is prachtig en het is zo rustig en sereen. Veel privacy, gezellig cottage maar we gedateerd. Alles is aanwezig en de supermarkt is een kwartiertje rijden met de auto. 'Our group spent a fantastic 4 nights here. Beautiful deck with a world-class view. Extensive amenities in the kitchen. The kayaks and fishing poles were appreciated. Very private - feels like the lake is there just for you. The deck can get a lot of sun but the overhang next to the guest house is convenient for anyone who gets overheated. Having an ice maker available with a large group was definitely appreciated. This place is fantastic and we're already planning our next trip down!'

'It may be titled "humble beginnings," but the host treats you like a VIP guest and goes the extra mile to make you feel special! The house is lovely and has everything you could ask for in a rental. I made a note in my original email that we were staying for my birthday weekend, and Elle left us the cutest basket with all sort of goodies to make my weekend special! Would highly recommend!'

'I was looking for a peaceful retreat and found it here. Cute cozy cottage with all the necessities and modern upgrades and a nice view of the lake. Jason was great at answering questions and making recommendations for the area to visit. Definitely enjoyed my stay. Oh and watch out for Big Foot. '

'Elliot was available and courteous reservation and check in easy. Upon arrival 1st floor bathroom sink was not draining well, 2nd floor bathroom tub does not drain well hot and cold water are reversed sink water is also reversed. Missing sheet rock in dining room. All walls have either nails popping or water damage. We only slept at the residence one evening. I manage multiple high end properties on Nantucket and maintaining them year round. 'The property has character. It is charming, clean, and ideally located in a quiet neighborhood . We were able to get to Walmart and Big Y for some snacks and toiletries and to Mohegan Sun for dinner. It was stocked with the necessities and has plenty of space for everyone. We all had a great time. The host was very responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. We would stay there again.'

'This place was absolutely amazing. Not only was the rv clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need the property is breathtaking. Frank the owner came out to greet us and show us the ropes. What a truly amazing couple him and his wife were. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. 'We had a wonderful stay. Very peaceful, quiet, beautiful views. We also really enjoyed Hopeville Pond State Park which was only a 5 min drive. '

'Perfect location to see everything we planned in Rhode Island and Connecticut. Communication with Kelly was great, a slight issue with check in, but handled better than we would have expected. The snacks were great to have for our daily roadtrips, nice touch. Did not get a chance to use the spa or clubhouse, so busy enjoying the great outdoors. Would stay agin if ever in the area.'

'The fenced in yard and everything was great for our pets. Communication with the hosts was also excellent! Everything was clean, the A/C window units and ceiling fans did the job of keeping us cool. All the appliances worked, including the washer and dryer in the basement. '

'Debbie (and Paul too) are the perfect hosts. The Carriage House is conveniently located in Historic Mystic and is a home away from home. Their hospitality didn't just stop with us, but included our little pup with his own welcome basket. The property is quiet, peaceful and only a few miles from the Oldest Cider Mill in the US. The Carriage House is definitely a place that we will return to in years to come. Thank you so much '

'This was the cutest room! The space was great! Exactly as shown and described in the listing. Everything was very clean! Kcups provided and cream! The bed was so comfy!! We started our honeymoon here and were left with such a nice note from property owners. 9min drive from Mystic drawbridge area. We will absolutely recommend and stay here again.Only negative we had - The room next to or above us, when the shower was turned on was very loud right at the head of our bed.
