'Good new hotel, great beds/shower. Only real downside is the breakfast area. That’s way too small for the size of the hotel. What is annoying is that they reserve a 100 dollars per room on your credit card but not unblok it. It has been blocked for two weeks now (since we checked out).'

'voordelig hotel niet te ver van hoofdstad, maar (ten opzichte van andere gelijkaardige hotels die wij deden tijdens onze rondreis) was de service aan receptie koel en het ontbijt was ondermaats (een beperkte ontbijtbox voor op de kamer => Gelukkig was er aan de overkant van de straat een ontbijtzaak met veel keuze.)'

'Liked the location. Easy to get in to Ottawa from there . Lots of things to do right in Gatineau. Older hotel but well kept and rooms are clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be with the breakfast. There was a nice selection of cereal and breads , muffin and bagels. The hash browns were tasty but I would have liked them cooked maybe 5 minutes longer and same as the sausages . Weren't warm .'
